About Alyse

Alyse Farrar, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Primary Care and Women’s Health at Yorktown Health, located in Lombard, Illinois. Her mission is to provide high-quality care that is personalized, respectful, and responsive, with the compassion she would want for herself and for her family.

Alyse attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science. She then graduated from Midwestern University in Downers Grove where she obtained a Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies. Alyse then completed clinical rotations in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, General Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgery.

Alyse is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

When Alyse is not in the office, she enjoys yoga, running, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
